Cold Coffee.

Cold Coffee has become a bit of a signature tune for me. It was the first
'real' project that I set out to do, and was heavily driven by wanting
to create a long instrumental piece of music, like those by Mike Oldfield
and Jean Michelle Jarre, which I was listening to a lot of at the time.
The project has a naive feel about it, reflected in most of the melodies,
except for the two main tracks called Cold Coffee Part 1 and Cold Coffee
Part 2 which seem to have grown from a much darker seed.

About half way through writing the Cold
Coffee project, I came into possession of a new keyboard called a Korg
M1, this track evolved from experimenting with all the new sounds which
I had at my disposal. It has an energetic feel to it, probably echoing
my own excitement at the time, and a 'darkish' feel to the melodies,
in an attempt to keep it in keeping with Part 1. Written using a Korg
M1, Roland MT32, Commodore Amiga and Music-X sequencing package.
